LEAD International Private Limited is a private company that is made up of a dynamic staff team coming from diverse backgrounds such as economics, human resource and event management. This provides a unique blend of people able to work on various projects. Lead already has ample experience in event management on a wide array of subjects and can easily organize musical events based on thematic issues.

Lead envisioned a project – Bibidhatako Utsav: Ek Sangitik Yatra i.e. Cultural Diversity: A musical tour. This project was largely aimed at promoting the cultural diversity which is the only unifying theme that binds us as Nepalese together as one nation. Our cultural diversity also is our biggest strength. As mentioned above, due to people’s frustration towards political agenda and anything to do with dialogue, Lead envisioned carrying this message forward through music. This program was conducted by two prominent bands which focused on preserving their respective cultures.

Kutumba largely belongs to the Newar Community and as a band has been able to establish itself not only as promoting Newari music but also folk tunes from various parts of Nepal. Kutumba is an established name in the folk instrumental category of music of Nepal. They have preserved various traditional instruments and have created a genre of music of their own which appeals to people across generations.

MiNaP on the other hand is one of the oldest institutions in Nepal established for the preservation of Maithili art. They not only specialize in music but also divulge into other forms of art. They contributed their musical talents as well as one act plays with specific message about tolerance during this tour to Dadeldhura, Amargadh; Kapilbastu, Taulihawa; Bara, Kalaiya; Siraha, Lahan; Panchthar, Phidim and Kathmandu.
